Neuroelectrophysiology Procedural Support Training Program

In May 2020, Beck X Co launched a new training program for Procedural Support Specialists at FHC, Inc. Previously, new technicians would spend up to 6 months training on the use and support of neurosurgical equipment used in deep brain stimulation and stereoelectroencephalography surgeries. Ben designed and developed a new training program that brought new hires up to speed in 6 weeks. The program is still currently being implemented for all new procedural support specialists at FHC.
